This registration agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Privacy Policy / Terms of Use posted on the event website. You may also request a copy of the posted Registration Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy / Terms of Use, by contacting [email protected].


AGE LIMITATION

Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend Digital Workplace Experience, but attendees must be 21 years of age to attend the evening networking receptions. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to Conference Management.


PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING

Some of the sessions at Digital Workplace Experience may be recorded. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that Digital Workplace Experience reserves the right to use images and video captured during the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing or promotional materials without any further approval from you or any payment to you.

Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions at Digital Workplace Experience.


PERMISSION TO CONTACT

By registering to attend this free virtual conference series, you give SMG permission to share your contact information and e-mail address with its sponsors and partners. You may also be asked to complete a form at sponsor virtual booths and/or virtual session rooms, but please note completing those forms is optional. When completing a form presented by exhibitors and/or sponsors during Digital Workplace Experience, you are opting-in to receive communications from that entity. You will be subject to their communications and privacy policy and must opt-out with them directly.


SOLICITING

Suitcasing or out-boarding is prohibited at Digital Workplace Experience. We reserve the right to remove any individual from Digital Workplace Experience if they are reported to be soliciting within the confines of the virtual event spaces and are not a Digital Workplace Experience sponsor or exhibitor. We encourage general conference attendees not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor and request notification if a solicitation is suspected.


ADMITTANCE

In our sole discretion, without refund, we reserve the right to refuse admittance or expel from the Conference anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other attendee.


CODE OF CONDUCT

Digital Workplace Experience participants are expected to behave professionally. All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at Digital Workplace Experience are required to agree with a code of conduct that ensures a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. In the sole discretion of Digital Workplace Experience organizers, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Conference, without refund, any person or persons that are determined as behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other attendee.


PERSONAL PROPERTY

Digital Workplace Experience accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.


AGENDA

Digital Workplace Experience reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the agenda. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.
